Steve Lefkowitz

Steve is the founding partner of Sagewind Capital LLC. Prior to founding Sagewind in 2015, he served as President and COO of CI Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm that Steve co-founded in 1993. While part of the senior management team at CI Capital Steve oversaw more than 150 acquisitions representing $7 billion in enterprise value, with approximately $1.5 billion of invested equity capital. Steve received a B.A. (Economics) from Northwestern University in 1986 and a M.M (Finance & Accounting) from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management in 1987.

Raj Kanodia

Raj Kanodia
Raj is a Principal of Sagewind Capital LLC. He has significant experience investing in the industrial, healthcare and services industries. Prior to joining Sagewind Capital, Raj was a Vice President at American Securities, a leading middle market private equity fund with $15 billion in assets under management. Before that, he worked at Neuberger Berman in the Private Funds Investment Group, where he analyzed investment opportunities in private equity funds, co-investments, and secondary portfolios. Raj has a BS in Electrical & Computer Engineering and a BS in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

David Dansky

David Dansky
David joined Sagewind Capital LLC as an associate in August of 2016. Previously he was an investment banking analyst at Barclays Capital in the Financial Institutions Group, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and leveraged buyout transactions. David holds a BA in Economics & Finance from Boston College.

Brian Andruskiewicz

Brian Andruskiewicz, CPA, is the Director of Finance for Sagewind Capital. He joined the team in 2017 and focuses on finance and accounting matters for the firm. Prior to joining Sagewind, Brian was the Controller and Director of Investor Relations for Enlightened Hospitality Investments (“EHI”), which is the strategic investment division of Union Square Hospitality Group. While at EHI, he was responsible for the oversight of the accounting and finance functions as well as supporting the relationship with external investors. Prior to EHI, Mr. Andruskiewicz was the Fund Controller for SV Health Investors (formerly SV Life Sciences) in Boston, MA, where he managed all accounting aspects of four venture capital funds including audit, tax preparation and portfolio company valuation. Previously, Brian also held positions at Bentley Motors, Inc. and Globespan Capital Partners. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ithaca College and a Master of Business Administration from Boston College. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts.
