Sagewind Capital Appoints Julie Martinelli as General Counsel

New York, NY (January 17, 2023) – Sagewind Capital LLC (“Sagewind”), a New York-based middle-market private equity firm, announced today that Julie Martinelli has joined the firm as General Counsel.

Ms. Martinelli joins Sagewind after over 15 years with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP (“Paul Weiss”), where she advised private equity and corporate clients, including Sagewind, on complex transactions across a diverse list of sectors. She earned her J.D. from New York University and her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
