Sagewind Capital Strengthens Investment Team and Announces Promotion

New York, NY (April 25, 2023) – Sagewind Capital LLC (“Sagewind”), a New York-based middle-market private equity firm, is pleased to announce that Gerry Dorros has joined Sagewind as a Managing Director. As part of his role, Mr. Dorros will help the firm establish an office in Washington D.C.

Mr. Dorros has over two decades of experience operating and investing in companies within the government services sector. Prior to joining Sagewind, he was a founder and Senior Vice President at CoVant Management, Inc. (“CoVant”), a private equity firm that partners with companies specializing in technology and related solutions for government customers. Prior to CoVant, Gerry served as a Managing Director at Bear Stearns and Vice President, Corporate Development at Anteon Corporation. Mr. Dorros received his B.S. in Industrial Economics from Union College and M.B.A in Accounting and Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
